Doug and Barbie Buck of Sistersville are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter Linda Louise to Stanley (Stan) Earnest Seckman II, son of Stan Seckman of Alma and Brenda Wells of Purgatory.

Linda is the granddaughter of Virgil (Sr.) and Barbara Cooper of Sistersville and Grayce Buck and the late Lyle Buck of Sistersville.

Stan is the grandson of MaryLou Wells and the late Burnell Wells, Jr. of Purgatory and the great grandson of Betty Wells of Moundsville and the grandson of JoAnn Seckman of Alma.

Linda and Stan are graduates of Tyler Consolidated High School in 2008 and 2007 respectively.

Linda is currently attending Marshall University in the College of Health Professions School of Nursing and is employed at Panera Bread in Huntington.

Stan is a graduate of Mid-Ohio Valley Technical Institute in St. Mary’s with a Welding Certification and is employed by Perkins Oil and Gas company.
