Evan Vance Frum

Samantha and Jacob Frum would like to announce the birth of their baby brother, Evan Vance.

He was born at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital on Dec. 8 at 6:14 p.m. Evan weighed 9 lbs 7 oz and was 22 inches long.

His proud parents are Nathaniel Vance and Tamela Jo Frum of Sistersville.

Maternal grandparents are Michael and the late Pamela (Smythe) Steele of Sisterville. Paternal grandparents are Keith and Barbara Frum of Middlebourne.
