Eric and Karen Gorby of Paden City celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary recently by renewing their wedding vows at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Paden City with the Rev. Darrel Gooden presiding.

Family and friends then enjoyed a dinner reception served by the United Methodist women.

The couple was married on Nov. 17, 1984 at Alma by the Rev. Louise Baker. They are the parents of one son, William and a daughter, Brittany (deceased). They also have a foster son, Andrew Kile.

Following a brief trip to the Amish Country in Holmes County, Ohio, they returned to their home in Paden City where they have resided for more than 20 years.
