Mark and Laurie (Gilmore) O’Brien celebrate the birth of their daughter, Bethany Catherine O’Brien, born Aug. 19, 2009 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.

The little angel was born at 8:03 a.m. and weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces and measured 21 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Frank and Sherry Gilmore of Glen Dale. Maternal Great Grandmother is Bertha Boyd of Moundsville. Paternal grandparents are Karen O’Brien of Wheeling and the late Ed O’Brien. Aunt and Uncle are Thom and Linda (Gilmore) Houghton of Phoenixville, Pa.
