Norah Maria Marrin turned one year old on Nov. 30.

She and her parents, Colin and Rachel Marrin, moved to Sistersville from Minnesota in August.

Miss Norah celebrated her first birthday with a party at the home of her grandparents, Dan and Linda Marrin, on Nov. 29, when friends and family gathered to share the big day with her.

Since it does take a village to raise a child, Norah and her family are grateful for the village they have found for her here.
