Owen Garrett and Annie Grace Westrbook

Owen Garrett Westbrook would like to announce the birth of his sister Annie Grace.

Owen and Annie are the children of Cloyde and Jillann Westbrook of Middlebourne.

Annie Grace was born on Nov. 19 at Wheeling Hospital. She weighed 8 pounds, 1/2 ounce and was 21 inches long.

The maternal grandparents are Sadie Weekley and the late Landis Weekley of Middlebourne and paternal grandparents are Jim and Carolyn Westbrook of Alma.
