Grand Jury returns 54 true bills

A Tyler County Grand Jury convened Oct. 20 and, after a full day of hearing presentments, returned 54 true bills on 18 defendants.

Jeremiah R. Anderson, 23, of HC61 Box 55A, Knob Fork, W.Va., was charged with one felony count of breaking and entering a building other than a dwelling, one misdemeanor count of petit larceny, one felony count of attempted breaking and entering into a building other than a dwelling, and one misdemeanor count of destruction of property that alleged to have occurred on March 7. The case was presented by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office.

George W. Ash, 46, of Rt. 1 Box 641, Greenwood, W.Va., was charged with one felony count of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, one felony count of possession of substances to be used as precursor to manufacture methamphetamine and one felony count of exposure of children to methamphetamine manufacturing. The case was presented by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office.

Diana S. Ash, 46, of Rt. 1 Box 641, Greenwood, W.Va., was also charged with one felony count of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, one felony count of possession of substances to be used as precursor to manufacture methamphetamine and one felony count of exposure of children to methamphetamine manufacturing. The case was presented by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office.

Sabastian J.E. Rosenlieb, 19, of 431 North Railroad Ave, Sistersville, was charged with one felony count of malicious assault and one misdemeanor count of reckless driving that are alleged to have occurred on Sept. 9. The case was presented by the West Virginia State Police.

Jessica E. Grimes, 29, of Klondike Ave., Sistersville, was charged with three felony counts of breaking and entering a building other than a dwelling and three misdemeanor counts of petit larceny that are alleged to have occurred in July. The case was presented by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office.

Kevin D. Leek, 33, of P.O. Box 202, Middlebourne, was charged with three felony counts of breaking and entering a building other than a dwelling, and three misdemeanor counts of petit larceny that are alleged to have occurred in July. The case was presented by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office.

Joshua T. Jenkins, 27, of Parkersburg, was charged with one felony count delivery of a controlled substance and one felony count of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver that alleged to have occurred on July 12, 2008. The case was presented by the Sistersville Police Department.

James Franklin Regiec, 20, of RD. 1 Box 86 B, Glen Easton, W.Va., was charged with one felony count of grand larceny, one felony count of burglary, one misdemeanor driving under influence of alcohol and any other drugs, one felony count of fleeing from a police officer in a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor count of speeding, and a misdemeanor count of failure to obey a traffic control device that are alleged to have occurred on May 16. The case was presented by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office.

Samuel Wade, 30, of HC Box 13C, Alma, was charged one felony count of embezzlement and one felony count of obtaining money by false pretenses. The case was presented by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office.

Jessica Schoolcraft, 22, of 535 Pleasant Hill Dr., Richmond, Va., was charged with one felony of attempted breaking and entering a building other than a dwelling that is alleged to have occurred on March 7. The case was presented by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office.

Kimberly J. Rial, 20, of 28 Rose St. Lot 79N, New Martinsville, was charged with one felony count of breaking and entering a building other than a dwelling, one misdemeanor count of petit larceny, one felony count of attempted breaking and entering a building other than a dwelling, and a misdemeanor count of destruction of property that alleged to have occurred on March 7. The case was presented by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office.

Robert L. Sherman, 58, of 428 Smith Ridge Rd., Sistersville, was charged with one felony count of manufacturing a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance that are alleged to have occurred on Sept. 11. The case was presented by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office.

Timothy J. Judge, 28, of 302 Tyler Highway, Sistersville, was charged with one felony count of breaking and entering a building other than a dwelling and a misdemeanor count of petit larceny that are alleged to have occurred in July. The case was presented by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office.

Mary Elizabeth Drawdy, 36, of 1093 Tyler Highway, Sistersville, was charged with one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance and one felony count of manufacturing of a controlled substance that are alleged to have occurred on June 11. The case was presented by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office.

Brenda D. Shreves, 58, of 1093 Tyler Highway, Sistersville, was charged with two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of manufacturing a controlled substance that are alleged to have occurred on June 11. The case was presented by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office.

Colby Justin Acree, no age given, of 317 Main St., Middlebourne, was charged with two felony counts of conspiracy to have allegedly occurred on Aug. 5, 2008. The case was presented by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office.

Christopher A. Olszewski, 22, of 405 Hardman St., Middlebourne, was charged with one felony count of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to deliver and one felony count of possession of a controlled substance (heroin) with intent to deliver that allegedly occurred on Aug. 5, 2008. The case was presented by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office.

Cooper-Boor, 25, of 302 Staley St., Middlebourne, was charged with one felony count of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to deliver and one felony count of possession of a controlled substance (heroin) with intent to deliver to have allegedly occurred on Aug. 5, 2008. The case was presented by the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office.

All of the newly indicted defendants were ordered to return to court on Nov. 9 at 2 p.m.
