Helen Dallison of Folsom celebrated her 99th birthday on Nov 24. Her birthday wish was to ride a horse again. Dallison said that when she was a kid, her job was to take the horse to the blacksmith.

Dallison’s great-granddaughter Jenna and her horse Skidder made her wish come true.
