Carson to retire from First Federal

Cindy Carson, Vice President, Chief Lending Officer and Corporate Secretary of First Federal Savings Bank has announced plans to retire at the end of October.
Carson began her career with First Federal in 1976, and has served in various positions with the Bank during her 35-year career with the institution.
She has served as a Vice President of the Bank since 2000.
Carson and her husband Tom are life long residents of Sistersville. Her son Drew, is a graduate of Tyler Consolidated High School and Marietta College and is currently enrolled in the WVU School of Pharmacy. Cindy and her family are members of the First United Methodist Church of Sistersville.
She states, “I have had a good career and witnessed many changes in the financial industry over the past 35 years, but I look forward to retiring and having more time to spend on things I truly enjoy. I will miss my co-workers and the many customer relationships developed throughout the years, but Tom and I plan to remain in the area as this is home to us, so I will still be around.”
Stan Kiser, President of the Bank, states, “Cindy is an asset to First Federal, and has always been a hard working, dedicated member of our staff. Her experience and easy going demeanor will be missed by customers and all of us at the Bank. I wish her a long and happy retirement.”
The Bank will hold an open house to honor Cindy on Friday, Nov. 4 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Refreshments will be served and the public is invited to stop by and honor Cindy Carson.
