Wendy Godwin and Keith Weekley were happily united in marriage on Sept. 11, 2010 at Ripley Chapel United Methodist Church in Alma.

Reverend Donald Thomas performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Jeff and Anita Hoover of Wilbur, W.Va.

The groom is the son of the late Donald Keith Weekley and Sharon O. Weekley of Wick.

The maid of honor was the brides oldest daughter, Selena Hunter. The bridesmaids were Shylee Godwin, the brides youngest daughter and Kristen Parker, a close friend.

The groom’s best man was the bride’s son, Brandon “Duane” Hunter, and the flower girl was the groom’s niece, Hannah Hudson.

The couple would like to give special thanks to all the family and friends. The Alma Valley Grange for letting us hold our reception and to Mike and Cindy Matthews with M & C Music Source for the entertainment. Also, a special thanks to Sharon Weekley for helping with the flowers. The bride’s aunt, Becky Henderson for making the beautiful wedding cake.
