A local resident was awarded a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the West Virginia University School of Pharmacy.

Nick Paden of Paden City is a member of the West Virginia University School of Pharmacy Class of 2010.

Dr. Paden is the son of Susan and Jim Paden. While studying at the WVU School of Pharmacy, he was a member of the American Pharmacists Association-Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP). Paden graduated cum laude and will be employed in community practice in the Northern Panhandle of W.Va.
