Sheila Kay Fallucco and David Jay Hayes announce their engagement.

Sheila is the daughter of Floyd and Marjorie McMinn of Middlebourne, W.Va.

Jay is the son of Jack Hayes of Paden City and Sharon Larck of Hurricane, W.Va.

An Oct. 17 wedding is planned at the Middlebourne Baptist Church at 3:30 p.m.

A reception will follow in the Log Building at the Tyler County Fairground.
