Our smile Camera captured a moment at the recent Wetzel Tyler Chamber Awards Event. Senator Charlie Clemens and his lovely wife Jean paused long enough to be photographed. Later that evening Charlie was awarded the title of Citizen of the Year. A well deserved award for many years of service to his community and county. Congratulations Charlie and Gene on the good works you both have brought to Wetzel County.
