Tyler County Magistrate
Andrea Deva Zulant-Chambers, 45, of Ravenswood Was charged with the felony offenses of manufacture/deliver/possession with intent to manufacture (Sched I, II, III, other) – Marijuana and manufacture/deliver/possession with intent to manufacture (Sched I or II narcotic) – Methamphetamine alleged to occur December 31, 2021. He entered a not guilty plea to both charges on December 31, 2021 and a preliminary hearing is set for January 19, 2021.
Chandler Brock Anderson, 22, of Paden City was charged with the misdemeanor offense of violation of protection order alleged to occur December 27, 2021. Anderson entered a not guilty plea on December 30, 2021 and a pre-trial is set for February 10, 2022.
Joseph Charles Dudley, 48, of Jacksonburg was charged with the misdemeanor offense of driving while license suspended or revoked – general alleged to occur December 22, 2021 and entered a not guilty plea to the charge on January 10, 2022. Dudley was also charged with the misdemeanor offense of driving while license revoked – DUI alleged to occur December 22, 2021.
Robert Charles Harris, 33, of New Martinsville was charged with the misdemeanor offenses of possession of Marijuana and operation without certification of inspection or failure to produce certificate both alleged to occur January 6, 2022.
Lee Roy Riter II, 49, of Middlebourne was charged with the misdemeanor offenses of assault on a government employee and/or medical personnel and obstructing officer both alleged to occur January 11, 2021. Riter entered not guilty pleas to both charges on January 12, 2022.
DeMarco Smith, 23, of New Martinsville was charged with the misdemeanor offenses of possession of marijuana and no proof of insurance both alleged to occur January 6, 2022.
Mark Alan Styer was charged with the misdemeanor offense of domestic assault alleged to occur December 30, 2021 and entered a not guilty plea on December 31, 2021. Styer was also charged with brandishing deadly weapons alleged to occur December 30, 2021. Styer’s pretrial is set for January 24, 2021.
James Vincent Wells, 33, of Middlebourne was charged with the misdemeanor offenses of driving license suspended or revoked – DUI and no proof of insurance alleged to occur January 3, 2022.
