The 2021 West Virginia Oil & Gas Festival Queen was crowned on July 17, 2021 at the historic Gaslight Theater in Sistersville.

Queen Emma Kitchen of Williamstown, also awarded Miss Photogenic, will reign over the 53 Annual WV Oil & Gas Festival in September. If Kitchen is unable to fulfill her duties as queen, First Runner Up Kaylee Toler of Ripley will serve in her place. The Second Runner Up title and Miss Congeniality award belongs to Ava Warner of Saint Albans, Third Runner Up is Jesslyn McCaslin of Petersburg and Fourth Runner Up is Mallory Dennis of New Martinsville.

The festival will be held on September 16, 17 and 18 with free general admission to Sistersville City Park. Activities include the old gas engine show, the wrench throwing contest, live entertainment and a parade in which Queen Emma Kitchen will make an appearance. The Band-a-Rama will be held at Tyler Consolidated High School after the parade on Saturday.
