ParMar Takes Ownership of MainStreet Quick Stop

By Staff | Jul 8, 2020

ParMar employee, Travis Murphy, stops for a picture in front of the store.

The former MainStreet Quick Stop in Middlebourne has taken new ownership by ParMar. Manager Sherry Carroll says ParMar took over the store on June 26.

According to Sherry, not many changes will be made to the store other than remodeling. She says they still plan to serve breakfast sandwiches, hotdogs, and soft serve ice cream.

A new addition to the outdoor seating arrangements will surely be welcomed, as she says they plan to bring in a picnic table for those wishing to eat outside.

Carroll says the public can expect to see everything the Sistersville ParMar offers. However, she says they will not be selling liquor in Middlebourne.

The store hours are expected to remain the same, with the store opening at 5 a.m. and closing at 10 p.m.

Although residents may be welcomed with new smiling faces, Middlebourne will still be able to get fuel, food, ice cream, and cold drinks at the long-time town staple.
