Grand Winners of Sistersville Halloween Parade Announced

Sistersville Lions Club recently announced the grand winners of the 2019 Sistersville Lions Club Halloween Parade. The two winners are Marylin Foltz and Kason Givens. Both winners were awarded with a new bicycle. Congratulations to the winners!
