Circuit Court of Tyler County Grand Jury Hands Down Indictments
The following persons were indicted by a grand jury sitting in the Circuit Court of Tyler County, on October 8, 2019. An indictment is a mere accusation, and all of these persons are presumed by the law to be innocent of any crime unless and until they are determined to be guilty in an appropriate legal proceeding.
Joshua Andrew Ebert, 27, of 101 S. Chelsea Street, Sistersville, was indicted with one felony count of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (methamphetamine).
Joshua M. Bennett, 27, of 308 S. 3rd Avenue, Paden City, was indicted with one felony count of failure to appear.
Jeffrey Wayne Godfrey, 50, of 1604 Rayon Drive, Parkersburg, was indicted with one felony count of Wanton Endangerment with a Firearm and one misdemeanor count of Discharging a Firearm Within Five Hundred Feet of a Residence.
Vincent Kochanowski, 31, of 106 Jefferson Street, Paden City, has been indicted with two felony counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine and hydrocodone).
Donna Wright, 53, of 305 East Street, Sistersville, has been indicted with one felony count of Deliver of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine).
Robert Allen Wise, 32, of 711 1/2 Wells Street, Sistersville, was indicted with one felony count of Burglary, one misdemeanor count of Petit Larceny, and one misdemeanor count of Destruction of Property.
Zachary Isaac Farley, 26, of 402 S. 4th Avenue, Paden City, has been charged with one felony count of Fleeing in a Vehicle with Reckless Indifference, one felony count of Burglary, one misdemeanor count of Obstructing an Officer, and one misdemeanor count of Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine).
Joshua L. Hunter, 40, of 499 Pleasants Ridge Road, Sistersville, has been indicted with one felony count of Sexual Assault in the First Degree, one felony count of Incest, and one felony count of Sexual Abuse by a Parent.
These defendants are scheduled to appear for their arraignments before the Honorable Jeffrey D. Cramer, Chief Judge, on Friday, October 25, 2019, at 10 a.m., in the Circuit Court of Tyler County.
