Body Of Missing 19-Year-Old Found
EDIT: 6:21 P.M. — “The Aware Foundation,” a national nonprofit organization which assists families with missing loved ones, released the following statement concerning the discovery of Grose’s body:
“It is with very heavy hearts that we update, Dylan Grose was located by someone driving by on Route 3, this afternoon around 3pm. Thank you all for the outstanding help. Please keep Dylan’s family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.”
Route 3 is also known as Big Flint Road, in Doddridge County.
EDIT: 5:50 P.M. — According to a short update on the West Virginia State Police Facebook page, WVSP said the body of Dylan Grose “has been located.”
No other details were released by the WVSP.
Law enforcement is currently searching for information leading to the whereabouts of Dylan Grose, age 19, who was last seen in Tyler County, near Middlebourne.
According to the West Virginia State Police, Grose is driving a black 2000 Chevy Geo Tracker and travels Routes 50, 18, or 23 in Doddridge, Tyler, Ritchie, and Gilmer Counties. Grose was supposedly en route from Tyler County to Clay County at the time of his disappearance.
Anyone with information on the location of Grose is urged to contact WVSP Sergeant Curran at 304-286-3185.
According to “The Aware Foundation,” a national nonprofit organization which assists families with missing loved ones, Grose has blonde hair, blue eyes, stands at 6 feet tall and weighs 245 pounds.
Also, according to The Aware Foundation, Grose’s cell phone is not working, and he did not show up for work the morning of Nov. 30, “which is completely out of character.”
