Ebert Brothers Set to Perform Mother’s Day Show Saturday

By Staff | May 9, 2018

Mother’s Day is almost here, and the Ebert Brothers Family & Friends are making the occasion with a special show slated for May 12, 7 p.m. at the Lincoln Theater in New Martinsville.

Headlining this special show is Vila Jenkins, along with special guests Mindy Wilson and Ryan Ritchea.

Jenkins hails from Wheeling, W.Va. The Ebert Brothers describe her as “a great singer and entertainer, and a friend of the Eberts.” Jenkins appeared on the show just a few years ago and sings a variety of songs.

Mindy Wilson is a familiar name when one thinks of the Ebert Brothers’ shows. Ms. Wilson has appeared on the show many times, and the Eberts consider her a dear friend, as well as “a great singer.”

Ryan Ritchea is also a very familiar name when one thinks of the Ebert Brothers show. Ritchea is a great young man and entertainer. The Eberts note Ritchea “always does a great job when he’s on the show.”

The May 12 Ebert Brothers Family & Friends Show will also feature special appearances by Chuck Lemasters, Kevin Johnson, and Rodney Sands.

Sands has been a friend of the Eberts since childhood and has performed with the Eberts many times over the years.

The Eberts consider Lemasters to be “one of the best guitar players in the valley and a great friend.”

Meanwhile, Kevin Johnson is described as “another great young man.” Johnson is a great singer and multi-talented, as he plays keyboard, bass, and guitar.

The Eberts said the Mother’s Day show is going “to be a great show.” There will be a free gift for the first so many mothers that open the door. Free refreshments will be available for everyone.

The May 12 show will feature all of the regulars – Dana, Johnny, Alan, Ron, Gary, Ray, Pat, along with Teresa, Ben Tharp, and Wyatt Kidd.

Sound by Pat Henderson, and lighting by Donna Earley. Stage manager is Danny Billiter, and emcee is Carmen Harman. Sponsor coordinator is Delbert Leasure. Advance tickets at Witschey’s for $8, or $9 at the door.
