Paws in the Park a Treat for Pets

By Staff | Jun 21, 2017
Dogs of all sizes attended the Paws in the Park.
This poor dog is worn out from all of the excitement.

The Annual Paws in the Park was held Saturday at Sistersville Park from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. There were several pets and owners at the event. Dougger Music was there to provide music for the attendees as well as announce special events throughout the day. There was a contest held for a variety of awards such as most unique pet, best bet trick, most vocal pet, and many more categories.

A number of vendors were also at the event including Scentcy, Senegence, PartyLite, Pampered Chef, Thirty-One, Tastefully Simple, Perfectly Posh, and other vendors.

The Olive Branch offered concessions for the event such as hot dogs and beverages. Domino’s Pizza donated several pizzas to the event as well. There was even a cotton candy machine donated for the event. Doctor Meckley was also present giving vaccine shots and trimming toenails. It was a very busy event.

Thomas Family Entertainment provided inflatable bounce houses for the kids to play on. The Olive Branch would like to give a big thank you to everyone who helped out during the event or made donations.
