Sistersville Elks honor Tyler Students

On March 25, members of the Elks Lodge #333 in Sistersville honored a group of students from Tyler Consolidated Middle and High School during their annual awards banquet.

Twenty-four students, along with their parents, attended the 10th annual event.

The Junior teenagers honored included: Miranda Weekley, Katie Pratt, Emily Lancaster, Haley Fletcher, Nikki Vandruff, Madison Glover, Emily Jackson, Destry Nelson, Conner Shepherd, Trey Swiger, George Tennant, Trey Keys, and Hunter Forester.

The teenagers honored at the banquet were: Marisa Paige Gogan, Bryanna Munoz, Laura Jochum, Bridget Matthews, Sydney Yoho, Lillian Orr, Daniel Grimm, Ryan Hubbard, Elisha Brown, Levi Cochran, Joshua Smith, and Mason Smith.

The Elks selected four of the above named students as students of the year for 2015.

The Sistersville Elks Lodge would like to thank the faculty of Tyler Consolidated Middle and High School. They also wanted to thank the Tyler Star News, along with the Sistersville Elks Lodge cooks, officers, and volunteers for making this annual project successful.
