Kimberly Boito chosen as 2015 Miss Knight

Tyler Consolidated senior, Kimberly Boito, was crowned the 2015 "Miss Knight" at the Miss Knight pageant held last week. The new queen was crowned by last years Miss Knight, Caroline Bantug.

Tyler Consolidated High School’s Student Council held their annual “Miss Knight” pageant on March 26 at the high school auditorium with eight young ladies participating.

Senior Kimberly Boito was selected by the judges as Miss Knight, 2015, and was crowned by last year’s queen, Caroline Bantug. Kimberly performed “Danny Boy” during the talent portion of the pageant.

Also competing for Miss Knight at the pageant were: freshman, Bayli Johnson, singing “Skyfall” by Adele; freshman Cheyenne Morris, singing “House of the Rising Sun” by the Animals; freshman Makenzie Kimble, performing a trumpet solo “God Bless America”; freshman Storm Smith, recited a speech about Tyler Consolidated High School; junior Kellsi Anderson, tap danced a routine to “Crazy in Love” by Emeli Sande and the Bryan Ferry Orchestra; junior Marisha Morris, performed a clarinet solo; and junior Natasha Tallarito, performed a piano solo of “Mary Ann”.

Co-hosts for the show were Kerstyn Cline and Megan Wilson.

Entertainment was offered by Infinity Fitness Dance Studio located in Sistersville.
