Wildcat band ends competition season

The Marching Wildcats brought home the runner-up trophy in the Class 1-A division
PC’s percussion placed second in Charleston

The Paden City High School Marching Band, under the direction of Debra Price, ended their competition season on Oct. 25 by participating in the West Virginia Marching Band Invitational in Charleston, W.Va. The band earned second place in class 1A at the WV State Band Invitational. They also brought home trophies for first place guard and second place percussion. Paden City also scored first in their class in Music.

The Marching Band is looking forward to their final field performances at the remaining football games and will end the marching season with trips to the Wheeling and New Martinsville Christmas parades on Nov. 21 and Dec. 6, respectively.
