Tyler couple arrested on drug charges
On Wednesday evening, March 5, the Tyler County Sheriff’s office executed a search warrant at 407 Stealey Street in Middlebourne, as the result of an ongoing investigation.
Todd Shepherd, 30, and Marissa Shepherd, 25, were both arrested and taken into custody. They were both charged with the felony offense, one count each, of delivering a controlled substance (suboxone).
Both were transported to the North Central Regional Jail where they were arraigned via-video on Thursday. They are each being held in lieu of $10,000 cash/surety bond.
Todd Shepherd was also charged with a second offense of misdemeanor intimidation/retaliation of a witness.
Bond has set at $15,000 cash/surety on the second charge.
Two children were removed from the home and are in the hands of Child Protective Services. Hearings on the matter have yet to be set.
