Coloring contest winners are announced
Winners were named in the Halloween Coloring Contest sponsored by the Tyler Star News and the Sistersville General Hospital. Eight year old Emilee Kile ( left), of Middlebourne and six year old Katie Ash (right), of Sistersville each received a $50 Pre-Paid Visa Card for their excellent coloring efforts.
