The 14th annual Sisters Fest celebration took place in Sistersville last week with more than 150 women participating. The theme, “Sisters Just Wanna Have Fun” brought the big hair, mini skirts, leg warmers, neon colors and trends of the 80’s to the streets of the city when several of the ladies gathered at the Sistersville Post Office for a group picture after they paraded through the downtown area.
