Boosters Open Barker Center

The Paden City Wildcat Boosters hosted the official grand opening of the Matthew Barker Memorial Center Dec. 17 at 5 p.m. on 261 North Fourth Ave. The public, public officials and those involved in the project were in attendance to celebrate the accomplishment and enjoy refreshments.
