Paden City High School Alumni Association has named 1985 graduate Brian Feldmeier, pictured above, as the 2012 Distinguished Alumnus.

The Distinguished Alumni Award Committee of the Paden City Schools Alumni Association is pleased to announce Brian Feldmeier as the recipient of this year’s award.

Brian is a 1985 graduate of Paden City High School and is being recognized for his extraordinary humanitarian nature and mission work in Central America. Feldmeier will be presented his award during a reception held in his honor on Saturday, June 30 in the main hall of Paden City High School beginning at 4:30 pm.

The DAA reception is part of a weekend slate of activities scheduled to begin on Thursday, June 28 with the annual parade and memorial service. The parade will start from St. Paul’s United Methodist Church parking lot and proceed to the front lawn of PCHS where a memorial service honoring all alumni will be held. Friday is reserved for class parties. The annual golf tournament will take place Saturday morning at the Sistersville Country Club. The reception begins at 4:30 p.m. and the Green and White banquet is slated for 6 p.m. Tickets for the banquet are available at Wesbanco-Paden City.

The DAA reception is a free event and the public is invited to attend.
