On Saturday evening, 2010 Oil and Gas Festival Queen Kelsey Waybright will crown her successor.

The annual pageant will be held at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 13 at Sistersville Elementary School.

Admission is $5 per person; children under 4-years of age will be admitted free.

Waybright is a native of Ripley, W.Va.
