Magistrate Court
The following cases were brought before Tyler County magistrates Mike Griffin and John Roberts.
Justin Hamilton, 21, of P.O. Box 322, Littleton, W.Va., was charged with a misdemeanor of possession of a controlled substance (Seroquel). He was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
Ronald Morgan, 42, of 181 Limestone Ridge, New Martinsville, was charged with a misdemeanor of unlawfully with the intent to defraud, connects or cause to be connected, any pipe for conducting water without the knowledge of the owner.
Dora King Morgan, 26, of 181 Limestone Ridge, New Martinsville, was also charged with a misdemeanor of unlawfully with the intent to defraud, connects or cause to be connected, any pipe for conducting water without the knowledge of the owner.
Timothy J. Lasure, 33, of HC 67 Box 119B, West Union, was charged with a misdemeanor of possession of marijuana, less than 15 grams.
Adam Lloyd Lewis, 27, of 109 South 1st Avenue, Paden City, was charged with a multiple misdemeanors on October 2. Driving suspended, no insurance, no regristration and leaving the scene (property damage).
Patrick E. Cooper, 24, of 95 81 New England Rd., Stewart, Ohio, was charged with a misdemeanor of simple possession, second offense and driving suspended administrative and defective equipment.
Brandy A. Cecil Rice, 23, of P.O. Box 34, New Martinsville, was charged with two misdemeanors of false pretenses in the
