Grand jury returns 10 true bills
A grand jury met Feb. 10 in Tyler County Circuit Court and returned 10 true bills of indictment. Each person will receive a summons and report to a hearing on Tuesday, Feb 24, at 1:30 p.m.
Boyd B. Williamson, 27, of Pleasant Ridge Rd., Middlebourne, was indicted on one felony count of breaking and entering and one felony count of grand larceny.
Raymond Jarvis, 45, of 2313 15th Ave, Vienna, was indicted on one count felony of grand larceny and one felony count of petit larceny second offense. He is currently serving time at the North Central Regional Jail.
A capias warrant was issued for an individual who was indicted in a sealed case.
Timothy J. Lasure, 32, of Rt. 2 Box 286, West Union, was indicted on one felony count of entering without breaking and one felony count of petit larceny.
Dustin K. Fulks, 19, of 1269 Buck Run Rd., Sistersville, was indicted on one felony count of burglary, one felony count of unlawful assault and one felony count of entry of a dwelling.
Brandon C. Walters, 24, of 103 Stealey St., Middlebourne, was indicted on one felony count of entry of a dwelling.
Carol Stewart, 47, of Middlebourne Manor, Middlebourne, was indicted on one felony count of delivery of a controlled substance and three felony counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Terry L. Francis, 20, of 147 Dry Run Rd., Sistersville, was indicted on two felony counts of sexual assault in the first degree.
James N. Quinn, 24, of 409 1/2 South 3rd St., Paden City, was indicted on one felony count of grand larceny and one felony count of leaving the scene of an accident with personal injuries.
Brian S. Foland, 48, of Rt. 1 Box 150, Middlebourne, was indicted on one felony count of sexual assault in the second degree and one felony count of sexual assault in the third degree.
