4-H members that are sixteen years and older are eligible for the WV 4-H Charting program. Charting is a way for members to use the 4-H’s (Head, Heart, Hands, Health) to look deeper into themselves and “chart” a path forward as they grow and mature. Charting is a year-long process that encourages members to think about the goals they wish to achieve and requires a record of their work and an interview with Extension professionals. Tyler County is proud to announce that two of our members successfully completed the WV 4-H Charting program: Katie Ash and Christian Smith .

As we closed out the 2023-2024 4-H year, it is important to recognize our 4-H Volunteers and Leaders. Without their hard work and dedication to the 4-H program, we wouldn’t be able to have 4-H clubs in this community.
