The Paden City Garden Club will be celebrating its 75th anniversary as a volunteer organization this year. On Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 1-3 p.m. the club will be celebrating with an open house at the Paden City Senior Citizens Center ( directly behind the Public Library on Rt 2) . Light refreshments will be served. Please stop by and help celebrate one of the longest surviving organizations in the county. The Garden Club plants and maintains flowers throughout our town as a yearly civic beautification project and sells and maintains memory bricks installed on Main St. Other projects include the Blue and Gold Star Memorial Markers honoring veterans. The club also supports and is active in several civic activities such as the Labor Day Celebration and Haunted Trail. The club is recruiting new members and welcome visitors to attend our meetings.
