TCHS Recognized as 8th Best School in the WV

Tyler Consolidated High School was recently recognized by U.S. News & World Report as the 8th best high school in the state of West Virginia as well as receiving National recognition among all public high schools in the country. U.S. News and World Reports calculates rankings based on school performance on state-required tests, graduation rates and how well schools prepare students for post-secondary success.
“We are very proud of our students and staff for the hard work they have done and continue to do. Our students set the bar high for themselves, they strive to reach their full potential all while being involved in many extracurricular activities as well. To be as involved as the majority of our students are while maintaining a high academic achievement level is great testament to their efforts and the efforts of our staff. The ultimate goal we have for our students is to make it possible for them all to become self-supporting, contributing, and caring citizens,” explained Principal Morris.
