Charles Fiber, 64, posted a $1000 personal recognizance bond for the misdemeanor charge of Driving while License Revoked for DUI alleged to have occurred on or about August 22, 2022.
Michael Minks, 53, pled not guilty and posted a $1000 personal recognizance bond for the misdemeanor offense of Prohibited Person alleged to have occurred on or about August 22, 2022.
John Pierce, 28, pled not guilty and posted a $1000 personal recognizance bond for the misdemeanor charge of Knowingly or Intentionally Possessing a Controlled Substance without a Valid Prescription, alleged to have occurred on her about August 6, 2022.
Robert Taylor, age unavailable, pled not guilty on August 18, 2022 to the alleged felony offense Wanton Endangerment Involving a Firearm. A $50,000 property surety bond has been set and a preliminary hearing is set for August 25, 2022.
Hunter Wells, 25, pled not guilty on August 17, 2022 to the misdemeanor charge of Knowingly or Intentionally Possessing a Controlled Substance without a Valid Prescription alleged to have occurred on or about August 8, 2022. A $500 personal recognizance bond was posted and a pretrial hearing is set for September 7, 2022.
