Tyler County Schools Academic Awards Ceremony

Academic Hall of Fame

Tyler County Schools recognized their top performing students on Thursday night, April 7th in the Auditorium of Tyler Consolidated High School. Presiding over the events and serving as master of ceremonies was Ann Helmick, Senior Vice President Director of Risk Management, Peoples Bank. Students in grades 5 through 12 from Arthur I Boreman, Sistersville Elementary School, Tyler Consolidated Middle School and Tyler Consolidated High School were presented with certificates for outstanding performance in the classroom. Award winners honored included the Top 15 percent of Academic Students in each class, Academic Hall of Fame, cash prize drawings and the recipient of a $1000 scholarship from Peoples Bank.

This yearás winner of the $1000 Scholarship was Audrey Dennis.
