The following matters were addressed in Magistrate court during the month of September:

Samantha Ruby Byrd of Hughes River Road, Pennsboro, was arrested for second offense DUI, operating without a license, and no proof of insurance. She posted a $5,000 Bond.

Ryan Scott Gautsgi of N. 2nd Street, Paden City, pleaded guilty to DUI and driving without proper registration. He posted a $1,000 Bond.

Jonathan Michael Moore of Abbie View, New Martinsville, was charged with driving defective equipment without proper insurance or registration. He posted a $1,000 Bond.

Joseph David Roberts of N 7th Street, Paden City, pleaded no contest to failure maintain control of a vehicle and expired registration. He was ordered to pay $510.75 in fees and court costs.

Deandre Denzel Nickerson of Wells Street, Sistersville, pleaded not guilty to possession and intent to deliver of a Schedule I or II Narcotic. He posted a $5,000 bond and a hearing is set for September 20th.
