SGH welcomes Dr. Casas
Sistersville General Hospital recently welcomed a new physician to their expanding staff.
Dr. Jack W. Casas, M.D., an Interventional Cardiologist, joined Parkersburg Cardiology Associates in April of 2010. He is a native of California and moved from Sacramento.
Dr. Casas completed his medical education at UC Davis and his residency and cardiology fellowships at UC San Francisco. He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and endovascular medicine. He has been in practice for over 20 years and specializing in vascular medicine for the past 14 years.
His areas of practice include clinical cardiovascular medicine, cardiac catheterization, coronary and peripheral intervention, pacemaker implantation and limb salvage.
SGH CEO Brian Lowther said, “We are pleased to welcome Dr. Casas to our Medical Staff. His added services will continue to enhance the health status of patients in the communities we serve”
Patients can make an appointment by calling Diana Rice at 304-447-2454. Dr. Casas’ first clinic will be held at SGH on Nov. 29. The second clinic is slated for Dec. 20. Clinics will be held once a month, thereafter, but will be increased as patient volume increases.
