The Sistersville City Council worries about people setting up trailer homes as their primary residence; about a non-operating car sitting on their property in the back yard, etc. Yet, the "Carriage House Problem" seems to be ignored. Action needed to solve this problem is a "no-brainer." The building needs to come down before it collapes and seriously injures or kills someone. Although the building falls in the category of being "historical," is it worth someones life? Tear down this building now!!!!
