As summer approaches and yard sale season is here electric poles seem like the perfect place to advertise. I wish people would take into consideration how dangerous this is to our electric company linemen. Nails and staples can tear the protective rubber gear they wear to work while the electric is still on. One tiny tear can cost a man his life if the current passes through. The sad part is they don't always get to work in broad daylight to see the dangers.So please if you use the poles to advertise use tape.
