I have known Karl for some time. He is a native of New York City and, until 6 months ago, a long time State employee. He will be our voice in Charleston instead of being a yes man to Uncle Earl Ray (Romine) or another retired teacher padding his pension (DeLauder). Vote for Karl Paul for House of Deligates!!!!!
