On "Decision Makers" today, it was stated that Ohio Governor John Kasich will do his State of the State from Steubenville to announce the location of a cracker plant for that area. The reason earlier was that that particular area boasted relatively high test scores. It was noted the speech would be this Tuesday, February 7th. I thought he had already given this speech. Anyway, we really need this plant in the New Martinsville area!
