About 100 miles from Sistersville is an old Strip mining area from AEP. Free Camping and about 350 Ponds for Fishing and boating. All you need is a OH Fishing license and a Permit from AEP. The AEP Permit can be downloaded of the AEP Website, all you need to do is, put your name and so on the permit, cary the permit with you and you're good to go.
