Police are searching for a man who has been missing since Wednesday 5/4/11. Earnest Edward Francis, 32, was last seen at about 9 p.m. on Hydro Drive in New Martinsville. He is described as 5-feet, 10-inches tall, 190 pounds, red hair & blue eyes. He was last seen wearing black jeans, a green & black flannel shirt & tank top with sandals. Francis also has three piercings in his left year as well as several tattoos. His vehicle was located by police on Hydro Drive, but no one was around the vehicle.
