Everyone should make a BUCKET LIST of things to do before they die. Let's make a list of things that we find wrong with Sistersville. The people who make it bad and all the negative things that we can think of. Then we can take one of the things from the list and make it better or non existent. Each person can choose an item to work on. Instead of complaining about the negative why not start something positive and work on it.
