Aren't you "outsiders" glad most of the old folks have passed on? Here you are able to come into a town I've lived in for 40+ years & try to take over. I'm still considered an "outsider" because I wasn't BORN here. So if you think by buying a Victorian house in this town will make you an "insider" I hate to be the one to tell you you're wrong. But hey good luck & maybe in another 40 years I'll be able to say I'm an "insider".
