Has anyone noticed the condition of the old Wells Family Cemetery located down behind the hospital? It is grown up with weeds. It is not on the main street of town so probably not many notice. But, being the founding family of Sistersville, you would think it would get more care and respect. I don't think there are any family members still living in the area.
