Tyler County PSD Asks Customers To Complete Paperwork

January 24, 2018
Tyler Star News

The Tyler County Public Service District is currently working on a water project that will provide water to residents on Route 18 from the south end of Middlebourne to Boreman Elementary School.

Also included in this project is a small section of Friendly Hill and Clark Ridge.

Tyler PSD needs any potential customers in those areas to fill out the proper paperwork.

These forms need to be filled out as soon as possible to insure that the project proceeds in a timely manner.

Those who reside in any of those areas, and are wanting the water, need need to fill out a User Agreement and pay a $100 tap fee due at signing. Once construction has started, the tap goes up to $350.

Those not wishing to sign up need to fill out a Declination Statement. Tyler PSD also still needs some Right-of-Way Easements signed.

For residents' convenience, there are two locations available where paperwork can be completed.

Those locations are Dean Rohrig's office, located at 504 Cherry Street, Middlebourne in the old Ellsworth Middle School building, and the PSD's main office.

Tyler PSD is located on the west side of Energy Highway (Rt. 2) just north of the town of Friendly. Those with questions, or those who need to make other arrangements to take care of paperwork, need to contact Tina Lancaster at (304) 652-1401.
