Sapp, Fred A. Sr., age 81 of Paden City, WV died Thursday, May 31, 2012 in Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV.
He was born December 30, 1930 in Minneola, FL, a son of the late Isaac Jesse and Alice Ray Lucas Sapp.
